2012 – 2018 GN Audio A/S:
Senior Global Marketing Manager
Strategically responsible for bringing wireless consumer headphones successfully to market on a global scale including value proposition, positioning, global messaging, creative communication as well as a global MarCom strategy. Established and heading up the Global Marketing Creation Excellence team, being responsible for the quality of global B2B and B2C brand and marketing material. Moreover, responsible to ensure a strong strategic level in all Global MarCom plans across the team and streamlining cross functional processes to ensure timely deliveries in alignment with regional needs. Was promoted to Senior Global Marketing Manager in 2016.

2010 – 2012 Uhrenholt A/S:
Group Marketing Manager
Responsible for building a strong global retail brand by bringing the Emborg Brand to live globally with Middle East and Far East as key markets. This included implementation of design update, building a strong communication platform and bringing new consumer concepts to the market globally.

I was heading up the Group Marketing team driving brand management, campaign concept development and creative execution. In order to match the service better to regional expectations, we made a complete relaunch of Group Marketing values, deliveries and objectives. This increased productivity and improved the image of Group Marketing remarkably.

2008 – 2010 Ennova a/s:
Project Manager
Conducting customer- and employee satisfaction surveys for clients in various industries. This implied identifying the clients’ needs, converting these into the optimal questionnaire and managing the process of completing the analysis, presenting the results and suggested action parameters.

2006 – 2008 Lego Group:
Nordic Brand Manager
Responsible for 8 product lines in the Nordic markets. Setting marketing strategies for each of the Nordic markets including the product portfolio, prices, media strategy, promotions, sales targets and forecasting. Moreover, appointed “Market Lead” being responsible for supporting the product development process from a market perspective. This included sales estimates, product insights from the market and assortment recommendation.

2004 – 2006 House of Prince: Sales & Marketing Trainee
International Prince Brand Manager
Closely involved in the revitalization of the Prince brand including brand DNA definition, concept development, product and packaging development, creative communication, campaign planning and product launches. These projects involved colleagues across the entire organization especially production. Moreover, I ensured that the daughter companies in Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Israel and the Baltic countries had the right material and plans to reach the targets for the brand. Started as Sales & Marketing Trainee and then offered the position as International Brand Manager.
